By accessing or using MedalistMovingReviews.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request.

2. Site Ownership and Purpose

The Site is owned and operated by Medalist Moving Services (“Medalist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It provides information about Medalist, presents or summarizes customer feedback appearing on third-party review platforms, links to those sources and permits visitors to request moving information.

Because Medalist operates this Site, its presentation of Medalist and customer reviews should not be understood as an independent evaluation or endorsement.

3. Ratings, Reviews and Third-Party Sources

Ratings, review counts, excerpts and other review information may originate from Facebook, My Moving Journey, My Good Movers, Trusted Mover Reviews or other third-party platforms. Ratings and counts can change after this Site is updated. Visit the linked source profile for the platform’s current information, full review text and policies.

We aim to present review information accurately, but we do not control third-party content and do not guarantee that it is complete, current, verified or error-free. Any excerpts or featured reviews may not represent every customer’s experience. Platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.

4. Quote Requests and Communications

Submitting a form requests contact and information; it does not create a moving contract, reserve a moving date or guarantee a price, carrier, pickup date or delivery date. The information you submit may be entered into customer relationship management systems and used to respond to your inquiry as explained in the Privacy Policy.

By submitting a quote form, you agree to the consent language displayed with that form, which may authorize calls, text messages and emails concerning your request, including communications using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages.

5. Moving-Service Relationship

If you proceed with moving services, the estimate, bill of lading, order for service and other service documents provided for your move—not this Site—will govern the transportation arrangement. Review those documents carefully before agreeing to service.

6. Informational Content

Site content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial or professional advice and is not a substitute for reviewing the documents and terms applicable to your particular move. Service availability and details may vary based on location, timing, carrier availability and shipment needs.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to review platforms and other third-party websites. We do not control their availability, content, security or practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s terms and privacy policy.

8. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a manner that burdens its systems, submit false information, impersonate another person or use Site content in a misleading or unlawful way.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site’s original design, text, graphics and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Medalist and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted. Third-party reviews, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content will always be current or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medalist and its officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its informational content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our practices or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
